What it does

Towntide Voice answers your missed calls 24/7 in your business's name. It says it's an AI, books jobs into open slots, flags emergencies instantly and texts you the details (optional live transfer), and sends every booked, emergency and callback call to Jobber as a client and request, with the call summary attached.

  • ✓ Each call becomes a Jobber request with the job type, address and a short call summary

Permissions we ask for

  • Clients (read + create): Find an existing client by phone, or create one for a new caller.
  • Requests (create): Add a request with the job type, address and call summary.
  • Account name (read): Show which Jobber account is connected.

What we never touch

  • ✕ Quotes, invoices or payments
  • ✕ Your schedule or visits
  • ✕ Team members or timesheets
  • ✕ Deleting anything in Jobber

Disconnect any time from Towntide or from Jobber's connected apps. Disconnecting stops new syncs and deletes our Jobber tokens; nothing in Jobber is removed.
