- Done-for-you setup: $219 one-time. Run by AI, not a setup call: it builds your hours, job types, service area and FAQs from your website, Google listing and a short questionnaire, runs simulated test calls through your assistant's call rules and sends you a setup report. You review and change anything. Free on Founding 25.
- Extra Towntide number: $11/month. A second line (another trade, a second town, or a number for one ad) sharing your minutes.
- Extra location: $72/month. Its own number, hours, service area and alert contacts, with 150 more pooled minutes.
- Emergency dispatch: $35/month. Weekly on-call rotation and a tech → backup → owner ladder, a job card text to whoever answers, and an after-hours call-out fee said before dispatch. The safety line and one on-call transfer stay free on every plan.
- Appointment reminders: $15/month. One text 24 hours before each booking; customers reply C to confirm or R to move it themselves. STOP and quiet hours respected.
- "We answer 24/7" website badge: free on every plan. Live call-to-call button for your site; shows real answered-call counts from 10 calls.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial? When am I charged?
There's no free trial. You pay for your first month (or year) at checkout, then on the same date each month (or year). Instead of a trial you get a 30-day money-back guarantee: ask in your first 30 days and we refund your first month in full. Cancel any time from your billing page, with no calls or forms.
What does 'locked for 12 months' mean?
Founding 25 customers pay $109 a month for their first 12 months, even if the list price ($179) applies to new customers. After 12 months you'd move to the price at the time, and we'd tell you at least 30 days before.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If Towntide Voice isn't worth it in your first 30 days, ask for a refund and we'll refund your first month in full. No forms to fill in.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Every call is still answered. Extra minutes are billed per minute, but never more than your overage spend cap ($40 a month by default; change or remove it any time). Calls past the cap are answered free. We email you at 80% and 100%. Founding 25 and Standard include 300 minutes at $0.22/min over (placeholders until launch); Pro includes 1,000 minutes at $0.18/min.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes: save 10% yearly (12 months minus 10%). We email the price and date 30 days before it renews, you can turn renewal off in one click, and if you change your mind within 30 days of your first yearly payment, press "Refund my yearly payment" and it is refunded in full straight away.
How does Refer a mate work?
Every customer gets a referral link on their dashboard. When another business signs up through it and pays, you get one month free (a credit equal to one month of your plan, taken off your next bill) and they get a month free too. Credits are added once their first payment is more than 30 days old and wasn't refunded. It has to be a different business that's new to Towntide: your own sign-ups, the same email or the same card don't count. No limit on referrals; credits can't be paid out as cash.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number and set your phone to forward unanswered calls to your Towntide number. Your phone rings first; the assistant only picks up when you don't.
Does the assistant ever call people?
No. Towntide Voice only answers incoming calls and only texts people who called or texted you. It never makes outbound AI calls and never sends cold texts.
